By using this app you agree to comply with all terms and conditions mentioned here. If you do not agree with any of these terms please do not use the app.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. All activities conducted through your account are your personal responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

When placing an order you commit to paying its full value plus delivery fees. The producing family has the right to accept or reject the order based on availability. Payment is either cash on delivery or through available electronic methods.

We strive to deliver your order on time but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If you are not at the specified address the order may be cancelled with delivery fees charged.

You can cancel your order before preparation starts. After preparation begins cancellation is not possible. If there is a quality issue you must notify us within one hour of delivery with photos and refund will be considered.

The app is an intermediary between customer and producing families. We carefully select trusted families but ultimate responsibility for food quality lies with the producing family. Any health issues must be reported to admin immediately.

The app must not be used for any illegal purposes or against public morals. Admin has the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of changes through the app and your continued use means your acceptance of the modified terms.
